I recently started using GoDaddy as a host. Everything was going great, until I found out I wasn't receiving any emails. I can setup and send emails, but not receive them. I have deleted the account and re-created it many times, but have the same issue every time. Any help is much appreciated!

I'm assuming your domain is at GoDaddy - You would go to https://dcc.godaddy.com and find your domain and select manage DNS, then I would add a cname.
Host = mail points to = @
Then remove the current MX records and add a new one for mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM
If you post a screen capture I can confirm you have it set correctly.

You need to add / adjust the MX record for your domain to point to your server.
