FTP Site won't connect using CoreFTP

I'm trying to connect to my FTP site using CoreFTP and I keep getting an error.  CoreFTPIssue.PNG

my username and password are correct.  I installed the 64Bit version of Core FTP, do I need the 32 bit version?

I would double check your user - as that maybe the correct email / password - however unless you've specifically given FTP rights to that user, you need to use the server user / password
