File manager crashes, does not load at all.

I just switched over to Ultimate Linux Hosting with cPanel, it's all set up and the sites are working. When I click on "File Manager", it opens a new tab and gives me a "This site can’t be reached" error. This is happening on 3 different browsers. Anyone have any suggestions?

I hope you are well.  Thanks for posting.   This usually means that you're logged into cPanel more than once. Make sure that you're only logged in in a single browser. Also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If you're still having trouble after that, reach out to our support team.

You might consider connecting to your hosting account via FTP so you can manage your files that way. Take a look at this article for more information on that.
