How do I acces cPanel instead of using Website Builder?

I want to upload my own html file instead of using the website builder, but I can't find where to access cPanel.

The website builder is a separate product from cPanel hosting.  If that is what you have you can cancel it and purchase Web Hosting instead (this is Linux/cPanel unless you choose Windows/Plesk).

@PlusTwenty You can also just use an FTP program to upload the files to your hosting account. Your FTP info is located in your hosting manager.
