Moved to cPanel website and Website is no longer showing

Hi

Moved to Linux economy hosting this week to cPanel. I have just updated my site after having issues with the ftp password, which I had to reset. However my site is still showing the pre updated version - http://www.thisisthewayforward.com/index.html. My domain seems to be linked to an old cached version. Neither chat or phone numbers are responsive. Please advise.

Thanks

You will need to talk with GoDaddy support it maybe that the domain didn't get pointed to the new server. If the chat button isn't loading try a private browser window.

It turned out that the transferred FTP account wasn't pointing at public_html. It took two different support staff to finally come to that conclusion. Not quite the seamless transfer I was hoping for. However the whole site seems much faster now, especially uploading.
