Restore Home Directory Fails with Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

That should have worked then - You may have to unzip that file and manually upload the content - just seems odd

Is that backup a home directory or the entire user?

Etiquette When Asking for Help from the Community

I used the Cpanel backup utility on Hostpapa as per Godaddys guide to backup the Home Directory... Then used that file for the restore on Godaddy.
