Unable to send and receive emails

I have created an email someone@example.com, but it doesn't receive or send mails. I have tried several times to no avail. Kindly look into this issue.

Hello, I hope you are well. I think  your MX records may not be updated properly to work for our webmail. The article below will help in in determining what they should be for your email plan with a link within the article if you are getting an "Pending Setup:MX error" on your email.

 

Follow these steps;

1 - go to Configure Mail Client => Manual Settings => in Incoming Server  .. copy server 

Secure SSL/TLS Settings not end in your domain
 2 - go to MX 
select your domain Add New Record

paste it in Destination

click on add new record 

test it

@Zulfiqar Where is this function located in godaddy, i've checked endlessly
