which is the best server for my site

i want to know whichi sthe best server for my site,  it should be able to handle 10,000 to 20,000 peole at a time, and site should be able ti load withen 5 sec or less and the server hostting cost should be less than 30 dollars or 20,000 indian rupees this is my site :

With this many concurrent users.  It's not just a matter of what server you should get.

What you'll need is a small dedicated server.

With a dedicated server, you can install your database in your localhost.  You'll also have a better granular control over your cache.  You'll also want to use CDNs and make sure you are gzipping your site.
