Disable the enhanced checkout for WooCommerce stores

This article explains how to disable the enhanced WooCommerce checkout experience and use the default WooCommerce checkout page instead:

  1. Sign in to WordPress
  2. Navigate to Appearance and then Customize.
  3. Next, select the WooCommerce option and then Checkout.
  4. You can find the Disable GoDaddy Checkout checkbox on the bottom of the side-menu. Click on it to disable the enhanced checkout experience.
  5. Select the Publish button on the top of the page when you're ready to save the changes.
  6. If you are still seeing the enhanced checkout, you may need to clear your browser cache and refresh.

If you want to completely stop using the enhanced checkout, you can disable and delete it the same way you can with other extensions:

  1. Sign in to WordPress
  2. Go to Plugins and then All Plugins.
  3. Find the Enhanced Checkout extension and click to Deactivate it.
  4. After disabling it, you can also click to Delete it if you'd like.
