Request a refund for your Good As Gold account
To request the funds you have stored in Good As Gold refunded to you, contact customer support.
- There is a $20 transaction fee to process the refund, which is taken from the total amount we refund.
- Only full balances are refunded.
- Refunds are sent as checks; we will not wire funds back to your account.
- Requests can take up to 8 weeks to be processed and mailed.
