Request delegate access to my reseller customer accounts

If you need to help a customer manage their account, request delegate access in the Reseller Control Center (RCC). Delegate access lets you manage your customer's account without needing the account's password.

Required: To access your customer's account, you'll need to have two-step authentication enabled on your GoDaddy account.

  1. Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. Select Reports and then click Customer Lookup.
  3. Click on the customer name for the account you want to access.
  4. Click Request Access and select your preferred access level. Your customer will receive an email to approve your request.

Note: You only need to request access for existing customers, or if you want to make purchases using delegate access. All new customers automatically have limited access enabled.
