Gen 4 VPS & Dedicated Servers Help

Server support tickets

Ticket support is available for your server within your GoDaddy account. This allows you to create, view, and respond to your support tickets.

Note: Currently, this feature is only available for Fully Managed Gen 4 VPS and Dedicated servers.

  1. Sign in to your GoDaddy account. (Need help logging in?)
  2. In your My Products page, select Servers.
  3. Next to the Generation 4 server you want to use, select Manage.
  4. In the top of the account Dashboard, select Premium Support.

  5. Under My Tickets you can:
    • View the status of your existing support tickets.
    • Create a new support ticket by selecting Create Ticket.
    • Review a ticket or respond to support by selecting an existing ticket.
