What are the charges and fees for GoDaddy Payments?

These are the fees for each type of transaction:

    • Interac debit cards: There is a flat rate of $0.10 per transaction. Note that Interac debit is in-person only.
    • All other credit and debit cards: A standard percentage is charged (2.3%), with no additional transaction fee.
  • Ecommerce transaction — This includes transactions processed through your online store or Online Pay Links. A standard percentage is charged (2.7%) with no additional transaction fees. The same fees will apply to transactions in your online store/Online Pay Links that use Google Pay and Apple Pay.
  • Manual entry transaction — This includes card charges processed through Virtual Terminal or the manual keypad entry on a GoDaddy smart terminal. A standard percentage is charged (3.3%) with no additional transaction fee.
  • Chargeback fee — Effective November 8 2023, a $15 fee is incurred if your customer files a chargeback. This fee is incurred for every separate chargeback and is non-refundable. Learn more about chargebacks.
